Fees

Initial Session for Therapy: £35

I offer a 60 minute initial consultation session at £35 during which we will assess if we want to work together and if yes, also agree a contract for ongoing therapy.

Ongoing Therapy Session: £55

Ongoing therapy sessions last 60 minutes and take place on a weekly or fortnightly basis. We will regularly review our work together (e.g. every six sessions) and, for example, discuss what you find useful and what not and if we want to work towards ending our work together or continue.

Initial Session for Supervision: £35 (for groups £36)

I also offer a 60 minute initial consultation session for supervision at £35 during which we will assess if we are a good fit to work together. For supervision groups of 2-4 members the fee is £36 for 60 minutes consultation (if more time is needed, the fee will be £36 per hour).

Supervision Session: £60

Individual supervision sessions last 60 minutes and the frequency is agreed individually. Group supervision sessions are monthly unless otherwise agreed and the length is determined by the number of group members (60 minutes per group member and £60 per person).

Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer.
